Parents and Sports

As parents we love to see our children play sports for the love of the game. As educators we encourage our students to play fair, do their best and always demonstrate positive behaviour in school and at all sporting events.
As a parents, we also need to be role models for our children. We need to remember that school athletics are
an extension of the classroom, offering learning
experiences for students. We need to show respect for
all players, coaches, spectators, officials and support
groups. I encourage parents to participate in cheers that support,
encourage and uplift the teams involved. We need to understand the spirit of fair play and that good
sportsmanship is expected by our school community. Thank you for supporting your child and the school.
